This month, we are focusing our Missions Partner Spotlight on AIA AUSTRIA & WOLFGANG SUTTER! For more than 25 years, Wolfgang has worked in his native Austria with Athletes in Action, a sports ministry and offshoot of CRU. Their focus is on camps for teenagers and young adults which have seen the fruit of changed lives. Some of the kids who once came to these camps are now dedicated Christians and staff members of AIA Austria.
How can you pray for AIA AUSTRIA & WOLFGANG SUTTER?
- For the past 3 years, they have been able to grow and build a center in Vienna, Austria and build the team to a staff of 25 people, most of them very young. So lots of praises, but of course they also have needs and are looking to find their way.
- During Covid, they were able to start a very successful online ministry. But now several churches don't want to work together anymore. Please pray for union so the kingdom can grow.
- Last year 90,000 people left the Catholic Church in Austria. This doesn't mean that they now go to another church. No, they now go nowhere—they are just indifferent. This will soon be the biggest group of people in Austria and Europe. Please pray that Jesus may wake up many hearts.
