During our short-term trips we visit our ministry partners around the globe and aid in the work they are doing. Most trips are usually from 1 – 2 weeks in length.

Did my application go through?
You will receive a confirmation email very soon after submitting your application. If you did not, please check your junk mail folder first then fill out the application again if you still did not receive the confirmation.
Am I expected to raise support if I’m selected for the mission trip I applied for?
Yes, if you are selected for the trip you applied for, you are expected to raise the full amount of the trip cost. Don’t worry though; we will help you through the entire process! If a team member chooses to personally fund their trip, that’s OK too, but we do encourage you to jump in with your team and try raising the trip funds and elicit prayer support for your team! You will need to have the cost of your airfare in full at the time we purchase flights to be able to go on the trip.
What vaccinations do I need to get?
During team meetings this will be discussed briefly, but please visit the CDC website for the country you are traveling to and consult your medical doctor to determine what vaccinations you will need.

How Do I Choose A Trip?
There are a few ways to choose the right trip for you. We think people have the best outcomes serving overseas when they are able to incorporate their talents, skills, and previous experiences. Some trips are geared toward people who are new to the mission field. You may consider choosing a trip based on the best time of year for you or an area of the world where you feel connected. For example, is there a place you love to read about or study? Are you interested when a certain region is mentioned in the news? Ultimately, the best course of action is to pray and ask God for direction and confirmation as you consider this opportunity.
By applying, am I committing to the trip? When am I officially committed?
No, you are not committing by submitting your application. After the teams are selected, a team leader will contact you and confirm your commitment. Once committed, you are responsible to pay for your plane ticket if for any reason you are unable to go on the trip.
Who is selected for trips?
Each trip requires a different set of criteria for applicants. It is important that we place people on trips according to how they best fit the trip needs. This could include looking for people with specific skill sets or experiences. Please keep in mind that we receive more applications than we have availability. Sometimes we simply don’t have enough room to take all applicants.
