SUPPORT US WHY WE GIVE God is generous and so he calls us to be as well. What we do with what God has given us shows the world where our hearts are at and helps proclaim the gospel. We want to glorify God with every area of our lives, and that includes what we do with our finances. DONATE NOW FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS GIVING FAQ's What is tithing and how is it practiced at Mars Hill? Tithing is the practice of giving a portion of one's income, traditionally 10%, to support the church and it's ministries. At Mars Hill, we see tithing as an act of worship and obedience to God. It allows us to fund various church activities, community outreach programs, and maintain our facilities. We encourage our congregation to tithe as a reflection of gratitude and stewardship, helping to further the work of God's Kingdom. For those interested in tithing at Mars Hill, we provide multiple convenient methods, including online giving through our website, during our Sunday services, or by mail. Your generosity enables us to make a meaningful impact both within our church community and beyond. What are the different ways I can give to Mars Hill? At Mars Hill, we understand that our congregation may prefer different methods of giving, and we aim to make this process as convenient and transparent as possible. Here are several ways you can contribute: 1. **Online Giving**: You can easily donate through our secure online portal available on the Mars Hill website. This method allows for one-time gifts or recurring donations. 2. **Text-to-Give**: Text a designated number with your donation amount. Instructions and the specific number are available on our giving page. 3. **In-Person Donations**: Contributions can be made during our weekly services. You can place cash or checks in the offering basket as it is passed around. 4. **Mail**: If you prefer, you can mail a check to our church office. Please make checks payable to Mars Hill Community Church and include any specific fund designation in the memo line. 5. **Automated Bank Withdrawals**: Set up an automatic withdrawal from your bank account for consistent, hassle-free giving. This option can be arranged through your bank or by completing a form available at our church office. Your generosity supports our mission, community programs, and church operations. If you have any questions or need assistance with any of these options, please contact our finance office. Thank you for your support and commitment to Mars Hill. How are my contributions used? Your generous contributions help us to: - Support local and global missions, expanding the reach of the gospel. - Fund community outreach programs. - Maintain and upgrade our facilities to provide a welcoming and safe environment for worship. - Support the operational costs that ensure our church runs smoothly and continues to serve the community. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a significant impact. Thank you for your support and dedication to the Mars Hill community! Are monetary gifts my only option? Many people consider monetary gifts (cash) their only giving option. Often they are unaware of the diverse opportunities available to make tax-smart and non-cash gifts. Gift options include stocks, property, donor advised funds, and charitable distributions from IRAs.

Currently, France is ranked the 7th most atheistic country in the world—only 1.2% claim to be Evangelical Christians. Colin is serving in Paris, France with EFCA ReachGlobal in arts ministry, focusing on using art as a bridge to share the Gospel through relationships with artists. - FCA DR | MHCC
FCA - Dominican Republic TO SEE THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC TRANSFORMED BY JESUS CHRIST THROUGH THE INFLUENCE OF COACHES AND ATHLETES FCA Dominican Republic exists to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the evangelism and discipleship of coaches and athletes. FCA DR has a team of 13 individuals currently working in 6 major areas of the DR—Higuey, La Romana, San Pedro de Macoris, Boca Chica, Santo Domingo, and Dajabon. FCA DR has a ministry strategy of “to and through the coach.” Many athletes come from broken homes and end up spending more time with their coaches than with parents, teachers, or other adults. We believe if we can reach and disciple the coaches and their families in the Gospel, they can in turn disciple their players and families, which in turn can change an entire community.
